Terms

These terms govern use of the Traversio website, documentation, and self-serve purchase flow operated by GitSwift LLC.

1. Operator

The website is operated by GitSwift LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact [email protected] for website, licensing, and purchase questions.

2. Website Content

Website content is provided for product information, documentation, and licensing support. Examples and documentation may change as Traversio evolves. You are responsible for evaluating whether Traversio is appropriate for your software, security requirements, deployment environment, and compliance obligations.

3. Software Licensing

Traversio source code is available under AGPL-3.0-or-later unless a separate commercial license applies. A commercial license becomes effective only after successful payment or execution of a separate written agreement with GitSwift LLC. Commercial purchases are governed by the Commercial License Terms, the Stripe payment record, and the issued license certificate.

4. Purchases

Self-serve purchases use Stripe Checkout. Prices are shown in USD and are tax exclusive unless stated otherwise. Stripe may calculate and collect applicable taxes, billing address details, and tax IDs. All sales are final except as required by law.

5. No Card Storage

GitSwift LLC does not collect or store payment card numbers through this website. Payment information is processed by Stripe according to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website, purchase flow, or documentation to violate law, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false purchase information, abuse support channels, or misrepresent license status.

7. Disclaimer

The website, documentation, purchase flow, and software are provided "as is" and "as available" unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. GitSwift LLC disclaims warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitSwift LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or similar damages. Total aggregate liability for website and self-serve purchase claims is limited to the amount paid for the relevant purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.

10. Changes

GitSwift LLC may update these terms. The version presented at purchase governs that purchase unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
