Commercial License Terms

The seller and licensor is GitSwift LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. The licensee is the legal entity identified during checkout and in the license certificate. The contact address for license matters is [email protected].

Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, GitSwift LLCgrants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable commercial license to use, copy, modify, compile, link, and distribute Traversio as part of the licensee's proprietary applications, internal systems, hosted services, and products.

This commercial license permits the licensee to use Traversio outside the obligations of AGPL-3.0-or-later for the licensed proprietary use. It does not remove obligations attached to third-party code, third-party notices, or code that the licensee receives under other licenses.

The license is limited to one legal entity. Affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, customers, and other entities are not covered unless they are separately named in a written agreement with GitSwift LLC. Contractors may use Traversio only on behalf of the licensee and only while bound to terms that protect GitSwift LLC's rights at least as strongly as these terms.

The license covers Traversio versions made generally available by GitSwift LLC under the Traversio name. Commercial support is separate from version coverage and is limited to the support period described below.

The licensee may not:

• sell, transfer, assign, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the commercial license;
• offer Traversio as a standalone library, SDK, package, hosted API, or competing product;
• remove or obscure copyright, license, attribution, or third-party notice files;
• use Traversio in violation of export-control, sanctions, or applicable law;
• misrepresent the licensee's identity, purchase record, or license scope.

The self-serve commercial license price is USD $1,000, tax exclusive. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout by Stripe. The licensee is responsible for all taxes, duties, and similar charges except taxes based on GitSwift LLC's income.

All sales are final except as required by law. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or not settled, the commercial license is not effective unless GitSwift LLC confirms otherwise in writing.

A self-serve commercial license includes 12 months of best-effort email support for reasonable Traversio integration and licensing questions. Support does not include a service-level agreement, guaranteed response time, custom development, feature work, on-call coverage, emergency response, or product-specific consulting unless separately agreed in writing. Support may be renewed separately.

GitSwift LLC and its licensors retain all ownership rights in Traversio. The licensee receives only the rights expressly granted by these terms. Copyright notices, third-party notices, and attribution files must be preserved in source and binary distributions where reasonably applicable.

Traversio is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitSwift LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, availability, and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitSwift LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, cover, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, security incident, or loss-of-goodwill damages arising from Traversio or these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitSwift LLC's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to Traversio, the commercial license, support, or these terms is limited to the amount actually paid by the licensee for the commercial license.

GitSwift LLC may terminate the commercial license if the licensee materially breaches these terms and does not cure the breach within 30 days after notice, or immediately for non-payment, chargeback, unauthorized transfer, sublicensing, resale, or unlawful use. After termination, the licensee must stop using Traversio under the commercial license and stop distributing products that rely on that license unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for disputes arising from these terms or the commercial license.

Traversio is also available under AGPL-3.0-or-later. Users who comply with the AGPL may use Traversio under the community license without purchasing a commercial license. This commercial license is an alternative license for users whose intended use is not compatible with AGPL obligations.
